What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are early supporters who subscribe during our launch period (until June 30, 2025). They receive exclusive benefits including lifetime best rate guarantee and free access to future premium features that may be introduced later.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Founding Memberships?
Both monthly and annual Founding Members receive lifetime best rate guarantees and potential rate decreases as we grow. When we introduce premium tiers in the future, Annual Founding Members ($499/year) will receive 50% off these new features, while Monthly Founding Members ($50/month) will receive 25% off.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
What happens after the Founding Member period ends?
After our founding period closes, new members will join at our standard rates ($599/year or $59/month). However, Founding Members will keep their special status and benefits for as long as they maintain their subscription.
What if I need to cancel my Founding Membership and rejoin later?
We understand circumstances change. If you ever need to cancel your Founding Membership, your status will be preserved for when you return. Once a Founding Member, always a Founding Member - we value the trust you placed in us at the beginning of our journey.

How do I access the research reports?
All reports are available through our secure member portal. After subscribing, you'll receive login credentials to access our complete library of reports and regular updates.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you're not completely satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Can I change from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time. Contact our support team, and we'll help you make the switch and apply any applicable discounts.
Future Development
Will you cover international markets?
Yes, we plan to expand our coverage to international markets, including major exchanges like the NASDAQ, NYSE, and emerging markets. Founding Members will be the first to benefit from this expanded coverage.
What other features are planned for the future?
We're developing portfolio analysis tools, a customisable screening database, and enhanced comparison features. Annual Founding Members will receive these premium features at no additional cost when released.
How can I request coverage for a specific company?
For now, members can email us with company coverage requests. We aim to accommodate all reasonable requests, particularly from our Founding Members.

How does your no-conflict-of-interest policy work?
Unlike many research providers, we don't earn fees from funds management, brokerage services, or hold positions in stocks we analyse. This ensures our research remains objective and focused solely on providing value to our members.
